Let's start FRESH!!!
Alright today is the day I start eating good. Yesterday was okay, but today is the day I will have my first perfect day. So far, so good. I am excited to start feeling better. I am excited for summer and to have some fun outside. I think today I will be working outside to get my exercise in. I went to Sam's Club this morning and got some fruit and veggies. If I get a craving my plan is to go get one of those. I will allow myself to eat these until I get my eating the right stuff under control then decrease my amount. I feel good about this because I am nursing so I don't want to feel hungry all the time. I actually just finished an apple and it did the trick. Cheryl, how has today been for you?

Perfect day so far and a perfect day yesterday. Having the one meal already prepared is really doing the trick. I bought some baked chips that I can have a whoppin 14 of them. They were really yummy. If I keep good food in front of me all day, everyday, I will be able to do this. I need to exercise right now so it can be a perfect day that way too.

It is 12:32 am and I just got done with DDR with the older boys. It was so fun. I actually kept up for part of it and sweat like crazy! So technically I didn't excersice yesterday but I will make it perfect today! Have you ever tried turkey bacon? Really yummy on B L T's. I think if you got a low calorie bread you could eat those so easily and stay under the calorie intake for the meal. It is only 20 cals per slice! I got it at Alps in Mt. Vernon for $2.19 , 12 oz and it is precooked too! I bought a couple extra meals that were Lean Quizine type things just in case lunch was hard but I haven't had to use them yet. Lets make Wednesday a perfect day!
Yeah I have had turkey bacon. It is yummy!
